Singapore Style BBQ Lamb Ribs

Ingredients5 pounds meaty lamb riblets2 quarts water1/3 cup soy sauce1/4 cup tamarind concentrate2 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons dry sherry2 tablespoons honey2 teaspoons sesame oil1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger1 teaspoon sambal oelek (fresh chili paste)5 cloves crushed garlic1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
Preparation
Place lamb ribs in large saucepan. Cover with water and the 1/3 cup soy sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Preheat oven to 350°F
