How to Grill Tri Tip Steak

Tri-tip is a triangular shaped piece of a sirloin beef. Done right it can be very tasty right of the grill. The difficulty with tri tip if it is slightly over cooked it can be quite tough. When buying the cut for the grill, purchase a cut that weighs between 1 - 2 kg's. Anything bigger will be quite difficult to prepare on the barbecue.
